We here at FigFind have been collectors for long period of time. As anime was one of the biggest things that bridged our childhood and adulthood, anime has held a special place in our hearts. Our journey in figure collecting began back in 2021 when we stumbled upon an enchanting figure at the Animangaki convention in Mines Mall. It was truly memorable as that is when our personal collection started. As interesting as it was, we felt that the large variety of vendors and figures, and the complexities of purchasing and shipping processes can overwhelm the beginner collector. That is why we started FigFind, with a clear mission to improve and simplify the figure collecting experience for enthusiasts of all levels. We want to change norm in the space. We intend to provide better quality of service than of that is already present while also making collecting easier at every step of the way till it reaches you.
There was three problems we had to solve as we knew that we could do better. As with power comes the obligation to use that power to better help people.
Shipping time. Traditionally it can take ages for just one figure to arrive. We wanted to change waiting time from months to mere days.
Transparency. We would like our customers to know exactly where their cherished figures are at all times.
Buyer Protection. Granted the number of hands a figure needs to cross in order to reach your doorstep. Even if one part messes up can lead to damaged or lost goods. Therefore protecting the customers interest is our priority.
We want to provide the best possible service that we can. Our endgame is to create a community in which both adept collectors and novice collectors can both use. Something that is easy to engage with and is fast but also maintain the current quantity of information that is presently available at their disposal. This makes it so more people won't be intimidated and try buying their first ever figure from us and we can make a stronger community here in Malaysia. Where nobody has to be shy and can be a proud collector of your own favorite characters.
