  1. Are all your figures authentic? 


Our Anime figures are sourced directly from Japan from only licensed manufacturers and distributors and official partner stores, ensuring 100% authenticity for you. We quality and background check all the distributors we work with, guaranteeing that each figure is a genuine collectible item for fans.



  1. READ BEFORE ORDERING or PAYING 


Ensure the Pre-order Deadline is still valid, if still valid feel free to place your order. If you want to know if a figure that’s past its deadline is still available, please contact us before buying. 


If you have placed an order and paid for an out of stock item, we will have to refund you in membership points 


After the pre-order is placed, we will update you through your phone/e-mail, regarding the purchase. 


When the figure is ready to be delivered, you are required to pay the balance payment. 


The balance payment MUST be made within 7 days after arrival in Malaysia. If you are unable to pay the remaining Balance Payment, your deposit will be voided and the figure will no longer be reserved for you. 



  1. How long do deliveries take (preorder and ready stock)?


All of your figures will arrive within 3-12 days after the figure is released. All of your orders will be done using priority air shipment. We aim to create a scenario that allows Malaysians to get their favourite figures before everyone else.



  1. What is D, BP, and F as a payment option?


D = Deposit 

B = Balance Payment 

F = Full Payment


You can choose to pay the deposit first, and pay the balance when the items arrive. OR pay for the item in full :)



  1. How can I track my orders?


     When your item is ready to be shipped from Japan, a tracking number will be sent to you 

     Through WhatsApp or e-mail if you sign up as a member for FigFind. 



  1. Do you have a physical store?


As of April 2024, we have yet to open a physical store. However, we will work towards starting one in the future to better service our customers !


The address on Google and other websites is in reference to our office address. If you are interested in arranging a pick-up, please contact us and we can arrange something convenient for you.



  1. Are there any delivery fees within malaysia?


No, delivery will be 100% free for all of Malaysia. 



  1. Do I have to pay extra for the priority shipment?


No. Priority shipment of 3-12 days will be applied to every order for 100% free. 



  1. Accepted payment methods 


As of now, we only accept bank transfer to our account. However, we will be allowing e-wallet, paypal, Visa, and much more very soon.



  1. How can I stay updated on new releases and promotions?


You can always check our updates page (where we will update releases of exciting preorder opportunities, or our various social medias such as Facebook and Reddit.



  1. Do you offer international shipping?


Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please take note that the 3-12 days priority shipment will not be applicable. However, we will still use air shipment so it arrives as soon as possible. 



  1. Can i cancel or modify my preorder 


You may cancel or refund your pre order subject to Terms and Conditions (T&C). Deposits will not be refundable. However, items that arrive can be refunded subject to the T&C.
